Technical SEO & GEO
Structural audits, schema and entity work, AI-citation readiness, multi-locale architecture, migrations done without traffic loss.
About
I help SaaS and tech companies rank in Google and get cited by AI search engines — by doing both halves of the job. I write the structured data, deploy the migrations, ship the dashboards. Not a PDF that sits in someone's inbox; deployed infrastructure.
I started in engineering — full-stack, with serious detours into data science and React frontends — and worked my way into SEO through the implementation side. The pattern I kept seeing: SEO consultants would write good audits, hand them to a dev team, and watch most of the recommendations quietly fail to ship. The dev team had other priorities, the marketing team couldn't translate the SEO requirements into engineering tickets, and the audit slowly became a PDF that nobody opened.
I built a career around removing that bottleneck — being both halves of the job. The same person who writes the audit ships the JSON-LD. The same person who designs the URL strategy executes the redirect map. The same person who recommends Core Web Vitals work is the one merging the PR.
Nine years and three cities later — London, Berlin, Milan — I run an independent studio doing exactly that, for SaaS and tech companies that need structural and engineering depth at the same pace as content and editorial. Maximum three retainer clients per quarter, so the depth stays real.
SEO consultants who can ship code are rare. Engineers who understand SEO at architecture level are rarer. The combination is the work.
Structural audits, schema and entity work, AI-citation readiness, multi-locale architecture, migrations done without traffic loss.
React / Next.js front ends, Python and PHP back ends, custom WordPress at depth, API integrations engineered for reliability.
GA4, GTM, Consent Mode v2, Looker Studio, server-side tracking. Data science background that makes "is this actually working?" a measurable question.
The intersection is what makes the audit shippable, the dashboards trustworthy, and the AI-tooling work production-shaped rather than demo-shaped. It's also why I take few clients — the work needs the time.
The fact she can both consult AND implement — and her ability to stay at the forefront of the rapid developments across SEO, AEO and GEO — makes her the perfect candidate for any company looking to build out its organic prowess.
Four services, all designed the same way: scoped tightly, shipped fully, documented for the team that inherits the work.
A three-week architecture audit covering both halves of organic visibility — technical SEO foundations and the GEO layer that earns AI citations.
See the auditMeasurement infrastructure that proves SEO and GEO pipeline impact. GA4, GTM, Consent Mode v2, Looker Studio dashboards, GDPR-clean.
See the engagementCustom AI applications, n8n automation, internal tooling — built to solve a real workflow problem, not to demo what AI can do.
See the engagementReact, Python, WordPress, API integrations. The marketing-engineering hybrid that ships what consultants usually only recommend.
See the engagementAsync-first, documented as it happens, designed so the engagement leaves your team with a system rather than a dependency.
Work across time zones without delays. Updates land in your shared workspace; one scheduled sync per engagement is usually enough.
Every decision recorded. The artefact your team inherits is a system they can extend, not a black box they're afraid to touch.
No daily standups, no micro-management. The engagement runs against scope and outcomes, not against hours.
A hard limit on concurrent retainer clients per quarter. Audits and one-off engagements are separate. The cap is how the depth stays real.
A few things I make outside of paid engagements — and that the paid engagements end up being better because of.
The AEO Article Analyzer, Keyword Clustering and AI Tool Ideas Generator — built by an engineer, not just recommended by a consultant.
Long-form pieces on technical SEO, GEO, the deprecation of FAQ rich results, AI citation patterns — the depth I can't fit into a client engagement.
Smaller observations and field notes, plus the slow build of public learning around what's changing in search every month.
The fastest path is a free health check on your priority page. It's a one-paragraph form and you get back a scored report with your top three fixes within 48 hours — no sales call required.
Yes — that's the whole model. Nadia Mohamed is an independent Technical SEO and GEO consultant who runs the audit and ships the fixes: the same person who writes the JSON-LD schema deploys it, who designs the redirect map executes it, and who recommends the Core Web Vitals work merges the pull request. Most audits stall because they hand a PDF to a separate dev team — doing both halves removes that hand-off.
Nadia Mohamed is an independent GEO/AEO and Technical SEO consultant working with SaaS and tech companies across London, Berlin and Milan. The focus is B2B SaaS by choice, covering both traditional search rankings and the generative-engine layer that earns citations in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews — with a hard cap of three retainer clients per quarter so the depth stays real.
An agency usually splits strategy from execution across account managers, strategists and a separate delivery team. An independent consultant like Nadia is one senior point of contact who both diagnoses and implements — fewer hand-offs, no translation layer between SEO requirements and engineering tickets, and code that actually ships rather than recommendations that wait in a backlog.
Yes. The background is full-stack engineering — React/Next.js front ends, Python and PHP back ends, GA4 and server-side measurement — applied to SEO and GEO. Schema, migrations, dashboards and AI tooling are delivered as production infrastructure, not slide-deck recommendations.
