1. Who you're contracting with
This website is operated by Nadia Mohamed, an independent SEO engineer and consultant. By using this website you agree to these terms; if you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Anything you contract for separately — a paid engagement, a retainer, an audit — is governed by the specific contract for that engagement, which prevails over anything in these general terms where the two conflict.
2. Use of this website
The website is provided as-is. You may:
- Read the articles, browse the services, view the case studies
- Use the free AI tools
- Quote short passages from the writing with attribution and a link back
You may not:
- Scrape the site at scale (please contact me if you want to do anything systematic with the content)
- Republish whole articles or substantial extracts without permission
- Use the design system, code or assets as the basis for your own site without permission
- Use the site to do anything illegal, harassing or harmful
3. Free tools — what they do and don't do
The free AI tools (AEO Article Analyzer, Keyword Clustering, AI Tool Ideas Generator) are provided as-is, without warranty. They're useful, but they're not infallible:
- Estimates (search volume, demand, scoring) are directional, not precise
- The tools may be updated, changed or withdrawn at any time
- I don't guarantee uptime or specific output
If a tool produces a result you act on, the decision is yours. The tools are a starting point, not a substitute for judgement.
4. The free audit
The free SEO + GEO Health Check is a goodwill offering — not a contract for paid work. The terms are:
- I'll deliver a scored report on your priority page within roughly 1 business day, by email
- There's no obligation on either side to proceed to paid work
- The audit is delivered without warranty — the findings are my best assessment, not a guarantee of outcomes
- Your submitted data is handled per the Privacy Policy
5. Paid engagements
Paid work — audits, tracking setups, AI tooling, development engagements — is governed by a specific contract for each engagement. That contract covers:
- The scope of work and deliverables
- The fee, payment schedule and currency
- The timeline and any milestones
- IP assignment and licence terms specific to the deliverables
- Confidentiality, data handling and processor obligations
- Termination rights and notice periods
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to enter into a paid engagement. The contract is the contract; the website is the marketing surface.
6. Intellectual property
6.1 — My content
The text, design, code and visuals on this website (other than third-party content used under licence) are mine. You can quote short passages with attribution and a link back — that's good practice. Anything beyond that requires permission.
6.2 — Client deliverables
For paid engagements, the contract specifies how IP transfers. The default is that client-specific deliverables (the Master Audit Document, the Action Plan workbook, the JSON-LD templates filled with your content, the custom code) become your property on payment. My pre-existing frameworks, methodologies and reusable code remain mine and are licensed to you for use in your business.
6.3 — Open-source contributions
Any open-source code I publish is governed by the licence stated in the relevant repository.
7. Confidentiality
For paid engagements, the contract includes mutual confidentiality terms. I treat client information — strategy, performance data, internal processes — as confidential by default, regardless of whether an NDA is explicitly in place. Case studies on this site either name clients with their consent or are anonymised by request.
8. Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- The website, the free tools and the free audit are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind
- My liability for anything arising out of the website or the free offerings is limited to zero — they're free, and I don't accept liability for outcomes you act on from them
- For paid engagements, liability is capped per the contract for that engagement, typically at the fee paid
- Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded under law (e.g. gross negligence, fraud, statutory consumer protections)
9. Termination
You can stop using the website at any time. I can suspend or restrict access for anyone who uses the site abusively or in breach of these terms.
For paid engagements, termination terms are in the contract — typically a notice period proportionate to the engagement length, with pro-rata fees due for work completed.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of my jurisdiction. Any dispute that can't be resolved by discussion goes to the courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law that gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country.
11. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version went live. Material changes will be surfaced in a way that's actually visible — not buried in the footer.
